Insurance and Payment Information

While we are not a preferred provider for any insurance company, we do accept indemnity insurance or PPO plans. Our office staff will electronically file your insurance at the time of your appointment.

We offer a five percent discount for services over $1,000 paid for up front. For deferred payment options, we suggest CareCredit, Chase Health Advance, or Springstone Financial they are trusted healthcare financing institutions. We accept cash, personal check as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
