Glenna Quatmann, CDA, RDA, Office Manager

Glenna has over twenty years of combined experience in dentistry, working as both a chairside and front office assistant. We have had the luxury of her expertise in our office for over sixteen years. Glenna is our administrative specialist, and she can answer any questions you may have regarding financial arrangements or insurance. Outside the office, she has more hobbies than she has time to enjoy them. Glenna loves crocheting, sewing, needlework and faux painting her house. Her husband of thirty-five years thinks she needs another hobby since he does not hold an interest in any of the above, so Glenna is also learning to play golf! Together, they have two grown daughters and one precious granddaughter.

Trish Rhodes, RDA, Assistant Office Manager

Trish is the first of many beautiful smiles you will see when you walk into our office. She brings with her over twelve years of dental experience all the way from the first state of Delaware, where she was born and raised. Because of her skill and aptitude for working with people, she has quickly become a vital member of our team. Trish loves every aspect of dentistry and has a true compassion for each patient. There is nothing she enjoys more than making sure that from your first visit to your final treatment you feel welcome and appreciated. Away from the office, Trish enjoys spending time with her husband, Tom, and daughter, Morgan. Whether on their boat or riding their Harley, Trish enjoys life to the fullest.

Karen Grimmer, RDH

Karen has been a registered dental hygienist for over fifteen years and has been an integral part of our practice for the past eleven years. Karen’s commitment to her patients goes beyond the scope of oral health because she also dedicates her time to education and prevention. Her hope is to promote in you complete wellness. Karen treats her patients with a grace and kindness that can only be found in our office. She is very active in the community, volunteering her time in different dental clinics while also participating in BSF, a non-denominational bible study group. Karen has been married to her husband, Dan, for thirty-four years. They have four grown children and three grandsons who keep them very busy!

Laura Smith, RDH, B.S.

Laura earned her bachelor of science degree in dental hygiene at Baylor College of Dentistry in 1998, and we consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have had her working with us since November 1999. Laura’s passion in dentistry is for her patients. From your first visit, you will understand that she genuinely cares for you and your oral health. Her contagious laugh spreads throughout the office, and we promise you will not leave us without a smile on your face. Away from work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, working on home improvement projects, and shopping at Dillard’s. Laura resides in Aledo and has four wonderful children.

Kathy Morrow, CDA, RDA

Kathy has twenty-four years of dental experience and has worked side-by-side with Dr. McKay for the past fourteen years. She is very skilled and knowledgeable, and excels during cosmetic procedures. Kathy does a tremendous job educating our patients so they can participate in treatment decisions. Because of her loving and caring personality, she caters to our patients every need. Kathy has been married to her husband, Joe, for eighteen years. They have three children and one granddaughter. Kathy dedicates all of her free time to her children and family and considers them the most important aspect of her life.

Zshaynelle Kaminski, RDA, LMT

Z. joined our team in February 2006 and has been a very welcome addition. She began her dental career in 1994, and has worked in the Fort Worth area since 1997. With over twelve years of dental experience and training, Z. has developed a keen eye for cosmetic procedures. She also has a natural ability to make our patients feel relaxed and make their visits with us more comfortable. Z. strives to be the best in all she does, and she is currently pursuing a continuing education interest. She recently graduated from Massage Therapy School and plans to utilize her skills in Myofacial Therapy for TMD sufferers. Zshaynelle has two children, Madison, who is six, and Kyler, who is two.
